The effect of a Satsang with IKYA
Satsang with IKYA offers you the opportunity to understand yourself from a higher perspective. You will experience:
- A sense of deeper connection in life
- Insight into karmic patterns and incarnational processes
- Clear, concrete steps to navigate your spiritual growth
- Accelerated transformation and healing
Important: Recording of the satsang is not permitted. We recommend bringing stationery to record insights and reflections.
How does a satsang with IKYA work?
In the first satsang, a basic overview of a main karmic theme is given, how it plays out in your incarnation and which cycles it is a part of. Many people experience that pieces fall into place.
Through further personal satsang, more competence is transferred, and you are given homework with techniques and practices. Over time, you may experience that your life opens up and that your potentials are realized.
Satsang is a deep form of personal teaching. The transfer of information is more direct and activates your innermost essence to a greater extent.

What does the satsang teaching involve?
Satsang with IKYA conducted exclusively by the founder of IKYA and is a unique opportunity to experience the IKYA teachings directly from the source.
The teachings penetrate deeply into your consciousness. IKYA looks at your major incarnation cycles, your karmic preparation and your evolutionary level. Each personal satsang with IKYA builds on the previous one, providing a deeper understanding of your life process

Preparations
To get the most out of your Satsang with IKYA, we recommend some simple preparations. This will help you open your awareness and integrate the insights from the teaching in a deeper way.
1. Write down your questions and bring them with you.
Make a list of questions as they come to you in the weeks before the satsang, and review them the day before the teaching.
Recording the session is not permitted, so be prepared to take notes.
2. Daily meditation
Meditate daily in the period before and after the satsang to open and stabilize your consciousness.
3. Light nourishment or fasting
Eat clean foods or perform a light fast for three days before your satsang for increased receptivity.
4. Prepare yourself mentally.
Many people experience an intensification of their personal process in the days before satsang; this is a natural part of the learning process.
An Antar Satsang on the Inner with IKYA is a form of spiritual guidance, transmission and gathering that takes place remotely – often via silence or subtle contact, without physical meeting or speech. It has been developed within the IKYA tradition, which is a modern spiritual education with roots in energy work, meditation and personal transformation.
What is an Antar Satsang on the Inner with IKYA?
"Satsang" means in Sanskrit: "to be in the presence of truth".
In the IKYA tradition, this is a deep contact with higher consciousness, one's own core and the energy field of Spiritual Teacher IKYA.
"Antar Satsang" means communion with truth/teacher in the inner worlds.
It is not just a conversation, but an invitation to inner resonance and transformation.
Participants "meet up" mentally and energetically at a certain time, and Spiritual Teacher IKYA teacher works with each individual in their field, at that moment.
What can you experience?
Deep inner peace or clarity
Emotional release or movement
Physical sensations (warmth, vibrations, light pressure)
Insights or symbols in consciousness
Cleansing, fatigue or tears afterwards (not uncommon)
How to best prepare
1. Set aside an undisturbed space and time
Find a quiet place where you can be at peace for the entire time period (e.g. 12:00–13:00).
Preferably dim lighting or candles – avoid screens immediately before.
2. Be open and present
No achievement. No expectation. Just be.
Sit or lie down comfortably – with your eyes closed if desired.
3. Set an intention
E.g. “I want to meet myself more honestly” or “I am open to what is about to happen.”
An honest inner wish is enough – IKYA meets you where you are.
4. Be quiet afterwards
Don't go straight to activity – let the experience settle.
Feel free to write down reflections or bodily experiences in a notebook.
Tip: Don't judge whether "something is happening or not happening". The effect often works deep down – and is felt over time.
Some people feel a strong effect right away, others only in the days afterwards.
Drink water afterwards and rest if you get tired – it's normal.
A calm, simple preparation routine and guided text that you can use in the last minutes before an IKYA Remote Satsang starts. It is suitable for both experienced and newbies.
🕊️ Preparation routine – Antar Satsang on the Inner with IKYA
Duration: approx. 5–10 minutes
Purpose: Calm down, open your heart, set an intention, be present
1. Find a place and quiet (2–3 min)
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Turn off notifications, mobile and other distractions.
Let your body land. Release your shoulders. Let go of the day.
Close your eyes – and feel your breath.
2. Breathe your way home (1–2 min)
Feel three deep breaths:
In through your nose – and out through your mouth.
Let your belly soften.
Let your breath become natural, like a wave that you just follow.
No achievement. Just permission to be.
3. Open yourself up (2–3 min)
When you feel calmer, think or whisper quietly within yourself:
“I open myself up to being present with what is real.”
“I allow transformation where I am ready.”
“I am open to the meeting point with truth.”
You can also formulate your own intention, e.g.
– “I desire clarity in a situation”
– “I want to meet myself more deeply”
– “I let go of the need for control”
4. Surrender to the silence (right to the start) Feel that you don’t have to do anything now. You are met – just as you are. Let your body rest. Let your heart be receptive. What happens, happens – and that’s enough.

How does an Antar Satsang on the Inner with IKYA work?
Antar Satsang on the Inner with IKYA is mostly similar to a regular Bahir Satsang, but you don't have the face-to-face conversation. You receive all the teaching internally in meditation and in your vertical consciousness.
You can have just as dynamic and educational a dialogue with IKYA, but the dialogue happens internally, and most people engage IKYA in meditations, up to several a day, for about 7 days from the agreed time when the Antar Satsang opens.
