Our returns and cancellation policy

We have a 14-day return & cancellation policy, which means:
- either you have 14 days after the start date to request cancellation of your purchase of one of IKYA's standard courses with only teachings and no specially ordered items (IKYA Mantra, for example);
- or you have 14 days after purchasing to request a cancellation of your purchase of one of IKYA's courses that involves specially ordered items just for you (IKYA Aligned Crystal Healing, for example).

To start a cancellation within 14 days of your purchase, you must contact us at info@ikya.org. If your cancellation is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package with your IKYA course materials, and you can always contact us for any cancellation questions at the same email address.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your cancellation request, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Vi har 14 dagers returrett, som betyr at:

- enten har du 14 dager på deg etter kurs oppstartsdato til å be om kansellering av ditt kjøp av standard IKYA-kurs uten spesialbestillinger (som IKYA Mantra, for eksempel);

- eller har du 14 dager på deg etter kjøpet ditt til å be om kansellering av ditt kjøp av IKYA-kurs som innebærer spesialbestillinger kun for deg (som IKYA Aligned Crystal Healing, for eksempel).

For å starte en retur/kansellering, kan du kontakte oss på info@ikya.org ,og du kan alltid kontakte oss for ethvert returspørsmål på samme mailadresse.

Refusjoner
Vi vil varsle deg når vi har mottatt returen/kanselleringen din, og gi deg beskjed om refusjonen ble godkjent eller ikke. Hvis godkjent, vil du bli automatisk refundert på den opprinnelige betalingsmåten. Husk at det kan ta litt tid før banken eller kredittkortselskapet også behandler og posterer refusjonen.
