In Norwegian grammar, we say: There is no rule without exception.
I always thought of myself as the exception.
It's been a fun and crazy ride :)
Full of adventures and surprises.
Lots of falling flat on my face. Lots of love.
And...
Breaking our internal rules is important when it comes to awakening:
To expand our consciousness and keep including more.
To not fall asleep in the regularity and repetition of life, not conforming and submitting to anyone or anything outside of us.
Rule-breaking is a necessity.
Go against everything you have defined yourself to be.
But...
When rule-breaking has become the rule, you have to break that rule too.
Being a rule-breaker was my identity and my misunderstood understanding of freedom.
I thought I could get away with anything ;)
As IKYA has very often said to me:
Life is not grammar — it is math.
There are no exceptions in alignment — either you are IN alignment, or you are not.
So...
As I am experiencing pretty intensely these days:
Every time I act out of alignment — not only do I fall flat on my face — it is like I release a shitstorm of chain reactions that take a lot of cleaning up after.
I do not get away with anything anymore.
There is also a principle here:
The more you expand and understand, the bigger the responsibility.
The more responsibility, the bigger the consequences when we act out of tune.
This is my challenge, study, and greatest potential in this life.
And one of the principles we have studied now, with Blue Opal, beautifully addresses these matters.
How, at some point, everything becomes upside down — and nothing works as it used to.
And how do we deal with that?
What I truly love about IKYA is his way of creating space for everything I mess up.
He explains exactly what I am doing, why it is necessary (or not), and how I can learn from it and try again.
And again.
And then again :)))
In Joy—Enjoy!
Love,
Guri
